WOW! I was ready to throw my computer away after months of frustration.
My computer was running so slowly I would get mad and walk away because it wouldn't even connect to the internet for several minutes at a time. It was even turning itself off with error messages every 5 minutes or so. Esteban has saved my computer, my money and my sanity! It is now running as quickly as it did when it was new. Thanks so very much!!

My computer was so full of viruses and trojans--many problems.
Esteban gave up his Friday night, all day Saturday and all day Sunday to resolve all my problems.
The price was very reasonable for all his work.
He was very professional and explained any questions I had.
Left me with information and a phone number.

TechTico is a wonderful company that is reliable, honest, and affordable. I was running out of space on my hard drive and my computer was running very slowly. Esteban was able to fix everything and within a few short days I had my new and much improved computer back! I really appreciate the cleanup processes he's performed on my home PC. I call on him for every computer issue I encounter. Hace unos días instalé internet en mi casa por primera vez y aunque no se nada sobre programas ni mantenimiento de computadoras si sabía que necesitaba "preparar" mi computadora para recibir de manera efectiva este sistema. Además necesitaba poner mi equipo a salvo de virus que podrían atacarlo y dañar tanto mis archivos como mi equipo en general.
Me recomendaron Tech-tico, ingresé a su página y al ser yo de Costa Rica no dude en contactarme con Esteban Segura un tico en USA. No podía creer que desde tan lejos pudiera revisar y arreglar mi computadora aquí en Costa Rica.
Ya estoy segura de que mi computadora esta lista para recibir el internet, Esteban me recomendo limpiarla de virus constantemente, me explicó como hacerloy me tuvo mucha pasciencia ya que como lo mencioné antes no sé mucho de computadoras. Nuestra Impresora Canon Prisma MP130 presento un error. La revisaron varios "Tecnicos" y me dijeron que su vida util habia terminado. Consultamos con TechTico y Esteban muy amablemente nos brindo ayuda por telefono y por medio de Remote Control. Esteban arreglo la impresora y ahora funciona perfectamente.
